CVD Equipment Corporation (AMEX:CVV), Ronkonkoma, NY
Conceptronic and Research International (Division of CVD Equipment Corporation) will be presenting new products at APEX 2004 February 24-26 in Anaheim, California. This leading industry event encompasses everyone who designs, manufactures, assembles, and tests printed circuit boards and electronics assemblies.
The new Conceptronic HV+ Series of forced convection ovens are designed for SMT reflow soldering of Sn-Pb as well as Pb Free alloys and epoxy, adhesive and encapsulant curing in air or high purity nitrogen atmospheres.
The Conceptronic HV+ Series improved modular design utilizes field proven components, heaters, blowers and drive motors into the new HVA+ (air) and HVN+ (Nitrogen) Oven Systems. The new ovens come in a full range of sizes (5,7 and 10 zone) in both air and nitrogen atmospheres. The new modular design allows for extremely efficient manufacturing allowing fast build-to-order cycles drastically reducing delivery and cost. The new design also allows for customers to specify the machine length required for their facility. This new product will allow Conceptronic to effectively compete internationally in this market.
